"Unlimited Revisions" means we'll continue refining your video until you're completely satisfied with the result.

Sequential Video Editing allows you to submit multiple unedited videos to our queue. We work on one video at a time, proceeding to the next one only after your approval of the current edit. This approach ensures focused attention on each video, maintaining quality control, timely completion, and consistent results.

Our turnaround time is typically 1 to 2 business days once we've received all necessary assets and answered any questions. We operate from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Mountain Time, excluding major US holidays.

You can communicate with our team primarily through our portal. For specific edit notes, we use Frame.io, where you'll receive a link in your order page for each video edit request. Frame.io allows you to annotate video comments and leave time-stamped notes for our team.

Yes, we have access to a comprehensive library of royalty-free stock video and audio. However, the use of stock footage should not exceed 20% of the total duration of the final edit.

Absolutely. We have a wide selection of customizable lower thirds and transitions available upon request.

We suggest using Google Drive which provides up to 15GB of storage space with a free Gmail account. It may be advantageous to upgrade to a storage plan of 100 GB for $20 / year or 200 GB for $30 / year. https://one.google.com/about/plans?g1_landing_page=0

Custom animations are available on a per-project basis. Please reach out to us for a quote.

Similar to our sister website CustomThumbnails.com, our service operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.

Communication between you and your editor takes place primarily on our portal and through Frame.io.

Long form: Edited videos should not exceed 20 minutes; raw footage must be under 45 minutes. Contact us if longer.

Short form: Final videos must be under 60 seconds, raw footage under 5 minutes.

Long form: Final edited video length should not exceed 20 minutes.  If you think your edited video may be longer than 20 minutes please contact us prior to ordering.

Short form: Final videos must be under 60 seconds, raw footage under 5 minutes.

We do not edit wedding videos or videos of explicit nature, so far there hasn’t been any other type of video that we are unable to edit.

While you're welcome to provide a voiceover for your video, we do not currently offer voiceover services.

Short form clips are available as an addon. Our short-form video clips are NOT AI generated! Each clip is expertly hand-crafted by our team of professional video editors.

Yes! We offer basic color correction and grading.  This includes basic exposure and white balance correction.. 

If you have unused credits at the end of the billing period they do not roll over to the next month. For example: If you signed up for “up to 4 edits videos / month” on November 3rd and you have one unused credit on December 2nd and the plan renews on December 3rd, that one remaining credit does not add to your total credits available when your plan renews on December 3rd. Instead, your available credit count renews when you are charged on December 3rd.

We do this to maintain our workflow and ensure that you’re working with the same video editor each time you place an editing request.
